الدرس الثالث في :
مقدمة دورات تعلم فن الإدارة والقيادة



في نهاية هذا الدرس سيتمكن المتدرب من معرفة:
- هل يتساوى حق الرجل والمرأة في القيادة؟
- هل يمكن لطفلي أن يكون قائدا؟
- هل القيادة فطرية أم مكتسبة؟
- هل كلمة قائد تحتمل السلبية والإيجابية؟
- هل تعتقد بأهمية وجود القدوة الحسنة لصنع القائد؟؟



هل يتساوى حق الرجل والمرأة في القيادة؟
المرأة تصلح للقيادة والمناصب بكافة مستوياتها حتى من الناحية الشرعية، والتاريخ القديم والواقع والعقل يثبت ذلك مثال:
بلقيس قادت قومها في اليمن.
شجرة الدر حكمت مصر.
أنديرا غاندي قادت الهند.



الدراسات تثبت بوضوح أن المرأة أكثر إبداعا وتخطط ببعد نظر أكثر من الرجل..المرأة أكثر إبداعا من الرجل بنسبة 25% هذه نقطة لصالح المرأة،ومن النقاط التي ضدها أنها لديها ضعف في الحزم وحسم الأمور.
الرجل يميل إلى الديكتاتورية كمرؤوس وكقائد.
بينما المرأة تميل إلى المشاركة و لا تحسم القرار .
وبلادنا الشرقية همشت المرأة تهميشاً شديداً حتى صارت تبذل وتكافح أضعاف مضاعفة لكي تصل إلى أي منصب ..والكثير منا ربما استدلوا بحديث:
(النساء ناقصات عقل ودين)
للتدليل على أن المرأة غير قادرة تماما أو غير صالحة للقيادة..فالكثير من الناس أخذوا جزء من الحديث وتناسوا بقيته..الحديث يقول:
(ما رأيت من ناقصات عقل ودين أذهب بلب الرجل الحليم منهن ).
نص الحديث يقول رغم أن الله سبحانه وتعالى حكم عليها أنها عليها أيام لا تصلي وفي قضايا الأموال شهادتها بنصف شهادة الرجل مع ذلك العجيب أنها تذهب بلب الرجل الحليم العاقل الذكي ..هي رغم هذا هي أذكى من الرجل وتلعب به والآية تشير إلى هذا
"إنَّ كَيْدَكُنَّ عَظِيمٌ" يوسف 28
فهناك نقاط عند المرأة وعند الرجل تجعلهما أقوى في القيادة وهناك نقاط تجعلهما أضعف في القيادة فحسب توفر هذه الصفات إذا زادت هذه الجرعة قادوا بشكل فعال أكثر و إذا قلت هذه الجرعة كانت قيادتهما أضعف..



هل يمكن لطفلي أن يكون قائدا؟
كيف تكتشف الموهبة القيادية عند طفلك؟
هل تعتقد أن فرصة أبناء وبنات القادة والحكام والتجار والعلماء والاقتصاديين الكبار للقيادة أكثر من غيرهم؟
الإجابة واحدة لكلا السؤالين ..فتوفير البيئة الملائمة لصنع القادة أمر أساسي في كل بيت..سواء أكان البيت بيت حاكم..بيت معلم..بيت موظف.....الخ



فالقيادة بالوراثة غير ثابتة علميا، الذكاء يورث أما الإبداع فلا يورث..
فانظروا يا أباء ويا أمهات إلى تعاملكم مع أبنائكم في المنزل..
- هل تسمحان له أن يشارك في اتخاذ قراره؟
- هل تسمحان له أن يتصرف أي تصرف وحده؟
أخوتي...هناك بعض الناس من يقوم بزواج وطلاق أبنائهم بدون أخذ آرائهم..فكيف تريد أيها الأب أو الأم أن يكون مثل هذا الشاب أو الفتاة قائداً في يوم من الأيام؟؟!!!



إذا أردتما معرفة هل لدى طفلكما استعداد قيادي أم لا.. راقباه منذ سن سبع سنوات..
- هل تجدانه وهو يلعب يقود أصحابه؟
- هل تجدانه يقوم بتغيير قوانين اللعبة؟
- هل يشجعهم على عمل معين؟
إذا كانت إجابتك نعم..هنيئا لك..طفلك لديه فرصة للقيادة أكثر من غيره..
وإذا كانت إجابتك لا أو لا اعرف..قم بعمل اختبارات ذكاء (IQ testing) له..



اسأل نفسك..هل يمتلك طفلك أي من هذه الصفات:
- هل هو خجول أم جريء؟
- هل لديه مبادرة ؟
- هل لديه طموحات؟
- هل البيئة التي نشأ فيها تساعده على اكتشاف وتنمية موهبته القيادية؟
لقد ذكرت أن عليك أن تراقبه وهو في سن السابعة..وذلك لأن سن السابعة أسهل من العاشرة..وسن العاشرة أسهل من الثامنة عشر لتغيير سلوكه وتعزيز قدراته.
ولذلك ننصح الآباء والأمهات اللذين يريدون أن يصنعوا من أبنائهم وبناتهم قادة أن يركزوا على السبع سنوات الأولى بالذات أو العشرة الأولى و كلما انتهزتا هذه الفرصة كلما كانت قدرتنا على صنع القيادات أكثر.



هل القيادة فطرية أم مكتسبة؟
2%فقط هم الذين عندهم القيادة فطرية.
من أمثال القادة الذين ولدوا بالفطرة خالد بن الوليد وعمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما
يقول عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه عن عمرو بن العاص:
(لا ينبغي لعمرو أن يسير على الأرض إلا أميراً قائداً ).
الله سبحانه وتعالى خلقه قائد وهناك نسبة 2% أيضا لا يصلحوا للقيادة ولا يستطيعوا أن يتعلموا القيادة من بين هؤلاء، وهذه مسألة لا تطعن لا في تقوى ولا في عدالة ولا في ورع وقد يكونوا من خيرة الناس.
من أفضل أصحاب النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم أبو ذر رضي الله عنه من مثل أبو ذر في تقواه وفي صدقه وفي حبه للإسلام لكنه ما كان يصلح للقيادة. الصلاح والتقوى شيء والقيادة شيء آخر ولذلك النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم لما جاء إليه أبو ذر قال: يا رسول الله ولني
(أي اجعلني أستلم منصب)
فقال:
( يا أبا ذر إنك امرؤ ضعيف لا تولين على اثنين ولا تحكمن في مال يتيم)
رغم كل تقواه وكل قدمه في الإسلام لذلك من الأخطاء التي نجدها في الدعوات والحركات الإسلامية أن الشخص منا لأنه قديم لأنه تقي لأنه حافظ للقرآن لأنه عنده علم شرعي
أحق بالقيادة من غيره.. رغم أن أبى ذر لم يولى وهو أتقى منهم كلهم..
فالقيادة لا تولى للأصلح في دينه وفي تقواه وفي ورعه..
القائد يحتاج لصفات أقوى سنذكرها لكم في دورات تعلم فن القيادة بأذن الله.




The third lesson:
Introduction courses to learn the art of management and leadership



At the end of this lesson the trainee will be able to know:
- Are men and women are equal in the right of leadership?
- Can my child to be a leader?
- Is leadership an innate or acquired?
- Does the word commander tolerate the negativity and positivity?
- Do you think it is important having good example to make a leader??



Are men and women are equal in the right of leadership?
Women suitable for leadership and all positions by all it’s levels even in terms of legitimacy, and the ancient history and reality and the mind proves this, for example:
Balqees led her people in Yemen.
Shajaret Al-Dur ruled Egypt.
Indira Gandhi led India.



Studies clearly show that women are more creative and far-sighted planning more than men .. women are more creative than men by 25% This is a point in favor of women, and the points against is that she has weakness in firmness and resolve things.
Men tend to dictatorship as a follower and a leader.
While women tend to participate and do not resolve resolutions.
Our East countries had marginalized women great marginalization until she became making so many, many more effort struggling to reach any position .. and a lot of us probably quoted “Hadith”:
(Women are lacking in intellect and religion)
To prove that women are not fully capable or not good enough to be a leader.. A lot of people took part of the Hadith and forgot the rest of it the hadith says:
(I didn't saw who is lacking in intellect and religion, can do the best way to take away the mind of a Patient man)
Text of the Hadith says, although God Almighty was sentenced to her by the days that she do not pray in. and the issues of money at half the testimony of a man, but the strange that they go pulp patient wise man and smart .. Despite that, she is the smartest of men and she play by him and this verse refers to this
" the guile of you is very great. " Joseph verse No. 28
There are points in women and men make them stronger in leadership and there are points make them vulnerable in leadership , Depending on the availability of these qualities if it increased they led most effectively, and if it decreased they will be weak in leadership ..



Can my child to be a leader?
How to find leadership talent at your child?
Do you think that the opportunity to sons and daughters of leaders and rulers, traders, scientists, economists, senior leadership more than others?
One answer to both questions .. Providing an appropriate environment for the manufacture of leaders is essential in every home .. whether the House is A Governor’s House .. teacher’s .. or employee’s house ..... etc.
Science has not proved hereditary leadership, intelligence is inherited, but creativity is not inherited
parents mothers and fathers you must reconsider your dealings with your child at home ..
- Do you allow him to partcipate in decision making?
- Do you allow him to act alone?
Brothers ... there are some people make marriage and divorce for their sons without taking their opinions .. how do you want dear father or mother this young man or woman to be a leader in one day ??!!!



If you want to know whether your child is ready to lead or not .. Watch him starting from the age of seven years ..
- Do you find him leading his friends while playing?
- Do you find him changing the rules of the game?
- Does he encourage them to do a particular job?
If the answer is yes, congratulations to you .. .. your child has a chance to lead more than others..
If your answer is No, or I do not know .. do intelligence tests (IQ testing) to him ..



Ask yourself .. Is your child has any of these attributes:
- Is he timid or bold?
- Does he have initiative?
- Does he have any ambitions?
- Does the environment in which he grown up, is assisting in the discovery and development of his leadership talent?
I have mentioned that you have to watch him at the age of seven .. This is because the age of seven is easier than the tenth and the tenth is easier than the eighteen to change his behavior and enhance his capabilities.
We therefore advise parents who want to make of their sons and daughters leaders to focus on the very first seven years or ten, and whenever they Seize the opportunity whenever our ability to make leaders more.



Is leadership innate or acquired?
Only 2% are the ones who have an innate leadership.
Examples of leaders who are innately born a leader Khalid bin Walid, Amr bin Al-Aas, may Allah be pleased with
Omar Bin Al Khattab may Allah be pleased with him about Amr ibn al-Aas:
(Amr should be walking on the ground only as a prince leader).
Almighty God created him as a commander there is only 2% rate also does not fit for leadership and they can not learn leadership from among these, and this an issue does not doubt, neither in piety, nor in justice nor in his devout who may be one of the finest people.
Of the best companions of the Prophet peace be upon him, Abu Dhar may Allah be pleased with him, such as Abu Dhar in his piety and sincerity and love for Islam, but he was not fit for leadership. Righteousness and piety are something and leadership is something else, therefore, the Prophet peace be upon him, when Abu Dhar came to him and said: O Messenger of Allah, please let me lead one of the Islamic provinces

The Prophet said:
(O Abu Dhar You are a weak man, Cannot lead two men not judge on the wealth of orphans)
Despite all his piety and all his knowledge in Islam, So errors that we find in the invitations and the Islamic movements that a person lead of because he is pious because he learned Quran and have knowledge about Islamic Legitimate
And that he is Deserving of leadership from others . . Although the Abu Dharr has not given the leadership and he was more pious than all of them…
Leadership is not given to the fittest in his religion and his piety and the pious ..
Leader needs more powerful qualities, will be mentioned in the sessions of learning the art of leadership, by God willing.






هل كلمة قائد تحتمل السلبية والإيجابية؟
هي تحتمل الاثنين ولذلك يوجد قائد صالح و قائد طالح ويوجد أمثلة على الاثنين:
فرعون قائد لكن الله سبحانه وتعالى يقول:
"يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّار" هود 98
حتى يوم القيامة يقودهم.. يقول سبحانه عنه:
"فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ" الزخرف 54
قادهم في الدنيا وسيقودهم في الآخرة هذا قائد فاسد... قائد طالح..



بالمقابل نيلسون منديلا كان قائداً صالحاً..بالرغم من أنه غير مسلم..ولكنه حمل قضية أدت به لدخول السجن لمدة 27 سنة..وصبر وناضل من أجل قضيته..وبالنهاية حصل على حقه وعلى حق شعبه..
مهاتير محمد ورغم كل اختلافنا معه استطاع أن يقود ماليزيا ليجعلها عاشر دولة صناعية في العالم وينقلها من دولة من دول العالم المتخلف إلى دولة من دول العالم المتطور في عشر سنوات (1985-1995م) .
فمن الناحية العلمية القائد يكون إيجابي أو سلبي نسبة إلى الهدف الذي يحمله ويحرك الناس حوله إليه..
إذا كان الهدف سامي وعظيم ومبنى على قيم فهو قائد إيجابي..
وإذا كان الهدف سلبي لا نستطيع أن نقول أنه ليس بقائد، إنه قائد ولكنه قائد سلبي..
فكما ترون طريق القيادة ليس بهين.
هناك تضحيات وعطاءات وصبر طويل على مستوى الأسرة والعمل ومستوى الأمة من أجل الوصول إليه..



هل تعتقد بأهمية وجود القدوة الحسنة لصنع القائد؟
أو هل الشخص المشهور أو النجم الذي يتابعه الناس عبر شاشات التلفزيون عبر السينما والأفلام أو العالم الذي يفكر وينظِّر هل يمكن وضعه ضمن خانة القادة؟
هؤلاء الأشخاص برزوا في جانب معين في الحياة, الناس أعجبوا فيهم في هذا الجانب. لكن من الأخطاء الكبيرة التي تقع فيها الأمة ويقع فيها شبابنا وبناتنا أخذ رمز من هؤلاء الرموز ومحاولة تقليده في كل شيء. هؤلاء ليسوا بقادة ولا يحملوا هدفاً سامياً أو هوية.هؤلاء لهم معجبين فقط..
نحن نريد أن نغير القدوات عند شبابنا، نريد قدوات أعظم..
رسولنا الكريم محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام ...عمر بن الخطاب..خالد بن الوليد..عالم جليل..مجاهد كبير....الخ.
وخير قدوة لنا في أمورنا كلها هو الحبيب والمصطفى والمعلم الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام كان ولازال أعظم مثال للبشر في كل جانب من جوانب حياته..
فلم يكن يقوم بدور واحد فقط..لم يكن نبياً رسولًا فقط ..ففي كتاب (أفعال الرسول)لمحمد الاشقر



ذكر 13 صفة من الصفات المختلفة للرسول عليه السلام..
- فهو نبي يأتي بالوحي..
- حاكم يحكم دولة بحذق وحكمة بالغة..
- قاضي يقضى بين الناس بالعدل..
- قائد حربي ماهر يدير جيوشه..
- زوج مثالي في حسن معاملته..
- وأب في حنو عاطفته..
- فهو مربى وقائد ومستشار وزوج ووالد ..



استطاع عليه السلام أن يجمع كل هذه الصفات في نفسه وأن يصل إلى القمة وأن يوازن بينها موازنة كاملة.. وهو يتولى هذه الأمور..لم يهمل بيته ولم يهمل الدعوة وأمر الإصلاح بين الناس..
ليس بالأمر الهين أن تحكم وتقود وتحرك جيوش وبنفس الوقت تؤدي حقوق الله في عبادته على أكمل وجه. لذلك محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم حبيب الله.. لذلك هو خاتم الأنبياء وهو الأسوة والمثل لنا.. فمن أراد أن يقضي بالحق فليسير على نهجه في القضاء.. ومن أراد أن يحسن التربية فليسير على نهجه في التربية..
من أراد أن يأخذ قدوة في أي جانب إيجابي فلينظر في سيرة النبي الكريم ..
منبع الحكمة والعلم بعد كتاب الله رب العالمين..
فعلينا أن لا نكتفي بتعليم أبنائنا العقيدة الأصيلة والأخلاق الحميدة
بل يجب أن نعلمهم سيرة الحبيب المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم التي هي الأساس في الانطلاق
نحو فهم كل ما نحتاج أن نتعامل معه في الحياة.



في الختام
نود أن نقول أن الدول اليوم تنهض عندما تعرف ما تريد وتحدد أهدافها..فهذه قواعد أصيلة في بناء الأمم.. فالرؤيا الواضحة من أهم الصفات التي يجب أن يمتلكها القائد..
ونحن فريق تعليم فن القيادة و الإدارة لسنا بصدد إيجاد أو صنع قادة..لأن صنع القادة أو إيجادهم يكون بتعزيز ما لديهم من قدرات ..نحن هنا لنؤكد وجودكم ومقدرتكم على العطاء وتعريفكم بالنموذج الرائع للإسلام الداعي إلى الله بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، الباذل منتهى الطاقة في سبيل إبلاغ رسالته.. محمد رسول الله عليه افضل الصلاة والسلام.

Does the word leader tolerate the negativity and positivity?
It is intolerable for both, that is why there is good leader and bad leader, Let’s put examples of both:
Pharaon is a leader, but God Almighty says about him:
" He will go before his people on the Day of Resurrection and will lead them to the Fire for watering-place. Ah, hapless is the watering-place (whither they are) led.," Hood verse No.98
Until the Day of Resurrection, he led them .. God says about them:
" Thus he persuaded his people to make light (of Moses), and they obeyed him. Lo! they were a wanton folk" Al-Zokhrof verse No. 54
He led them in this world and will lead them in the afterlife, this is corrupted leader... Commander of evil ..



In contrast, Nelson Mandela was a good leader ... Although he is not Muslim ... but he took on himself a case led him to go to jail for 27 years and he was patient and fought for his idea ... and finally got his right and his people right ..
Mahathir Mohammad, and despite all our differences with him, He was able to lead Malaysia and make it the tenth in the industrial world and transmitted it from the country in the world to the underdeveloped countries to a country of the developed world in ten years (1985-1995).
Scientifically the leader is positive or negative relative to the target, which he holds and drives the people around him towards it ...
If the goal is good and a great and built on good values, So he is a positive leader ..
If the goal is negative, we cannot say that he is not the leader, He is a leader, but negative leader
As you can see through the leadership is not easy.
There are sacrifices and long patience and giving at the level of family and work and the level of the nation in order to access it ..



Do you think it is important for a good example to make a leader?
Is the celebrity or star that people follow him in TV or cinema, movies. Or the scientist who think and consider could we put him in leaders place?
These people stood in a particular aspect of life, people liked them in this aspect. But one of the fatal errors that the nation makes and our youth and our daughters made mistake in, to take these people as an example and attempt to imitate him in everything. These are not leaders and they do not carry a lofty goal or identity. These have fans only.
We want to change the role models of our youth, we want greater role models like ...
Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him .... Omar ibn al-Khattab, Khaled Bin Al Waleed, or a good scientist or great fighter for Islam.. .. .... etc.
The best example for us in all our affairs is our beloved prophet and teacher Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him, As He was and still the greatest example of human beings in every aspect of his life ..
As He was not doing only one role .. He was not only a messenger and a prophet ... In the book (actions of the Prophet) for Mohammed Al-Ashkar



He mentioned 13 characters from different characters for the Prophet peace be upon him ..
- Is a prophet who revelation brought to him
- The Governor who was governing a state cleverly and with great wisdom ..
- A judge Who Judge between people according to justice ..
- A Professional Leader runs his armies ..
- An ideal husband in the proper treatment ..
- A father in his pity and passion ..
- He is a teacher and the commander and adviser and a husband and a father ..



Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him, combined all these qualities in himself and to reach the summit and to balance between all of them complete.. He takes these things.. But He did not neglect his home and did not ignore the advice and reform order among the people ..
It is not easy to control and lead the movement of armies and at the same time to obtain the rights of God in worship to the fullest. Therefore, Muhammad peace be upon him the beloved to Allah .. Therefore He is the last of the prophets and He is the best role model to us .. So who wants to judge the right way so he must imitate the prophet in judgment, And who wants to improve education must imitate him in education.
Who wants to take an example of any positive aspect in life so he have to review the biography of the Holy Prophet ..
Source of wisdom and knowledge after the Book of Allah, the Lord of the Worlds ..
We must teach our children the inherent belief and morality
It must teach them the biography of the beloved prophet peace be upon him, which is the basis for starting
Towards the understanding of all what we need to deal with in life.



Finally
We would like to say that the States now rise when they know what they want and define their objectives ... These are rules inherent in nation’s building .. The clear vision is one of the most important qualities that must be owned by the leader ..
We The team of teaching the art of leadership and management are not going to find or manufacture leaders.. because making leaders or finding them is through the strengthening of their capabilities .. We are here to affirm your presence and your ability to give and introduce to you the wonderful form of Islam which advice to the way of God by wisdom and good advice, who made the fullest effort in order to let people know the message of Allah, Muhammad the Messenger of Allah may peace and blessings be upon Him
